Monograms

Please allow 4-6 weeks for monograms.  If you need it sooner, PLEASE PUT YOUR ORDER DEADLINE IN YOUR ORDER NOTES.  We always do our best to help you with last minute gifts.  We will reach out if your deadline is not achievable due to inventory.  You can also email us at info@corroon.com.  We regret that monogrammed items are not returnable.

How do I care for my bag?

We recommend using a leather cleaner such as Lexol on your leather bags with a soft cloth to remove any light dirt or stains. ALWAYS test a small spot in a non-visible spot, (we suggest the bottom of the bag or the folded part of your snap-out pouch) as over the years, the leather has been sourced from many different tanneries and can react differently depending on the finishing. 

Can I re-paint my bag?

If your paint starts to look less than fresh, and you want a touch-up, or if you'd like to change your colors, please email us at info@corroon.com and we will provide instructions for you to send it to us.  We want these bags to wear beautifully through the ages, and we are always open to anything we can do to extend their lifetime.

Why is the swallow your logo?

For sailors, a swallow was a sign that land was near and their journey was coming to an end. This led many seamen from the British Royal Navy to adopt the swallow tattoo as an icon of hope and a successful finish to a long tour of duty. Legend says they would have one swallow tattooed before they embarked and one upon arriving safely home. Swallows are migratory birds that typically return to the same nest each year. We hope our products are part of your own safe journeys for years to come.

Returns

We hope you will love your purchase. However, should you need to return it, you may do so for a full refund up to two weeks from the date it was purchased. Any items returned after 14 days will be for exchange or store credit only. We regret to inform you that we do not allow returns after 30 days.

We guarantee our products, outside of normal wear and tear, for five years. If you need repairs or have any problems with your purchase, please email us at info@corroon.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will email you once we have received your return, and your refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable. We hope to offer free shipping and returns in the future.

Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS and USPS.  International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees and shipping charges will be determined at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping or would like a quote before you make your purchase, just email us at info@corroon.com and we would be happy to provide an estimate.   Items will ship out within 7 days of placing your order.  If you require expedited service, please email us at info@corroon.com.
